At No. 11 Xingguang Avenue, Nanning City, the Jiangnan Training Base of the Sports Bureau of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has witnessed the glory of competitive sports in Guangxi — it is from here that renowned athletes such as "Prince of Gymnastics" Li Ning and weightlifting champion Wu Shude emerged. Today, our company's DMX Lighting Control System has officially settled in the base, injecting intelligent vitality into the base's Weightlifting Hall, Swimming Pool, and Comprehensive Training Hall, and opening a new chapter in the intelligent transformation of sports venues.
Facility Upgrade: Three Major Venues Embrace Intelligent Light Control
The newly built Comprehensive Training Hall, Track and Field Swimming Pool, and Weightlifting Hall at the base cover a total construction area of approximately 88,900 square meters. Since their put into use, they have attracted teams such as the National Women's Water Polo Team and the National Track and Field Sprint Team for training. The integration of our DMX system this time has further enhanced the intelligent level of the venues.
Weightlifting Hall: Staff can switch scenes with one click via a touchscreen. In competition mode, high-brightness, glare-free lighting covers the weightlifting platform, ensuring athletes' performance and referees' judgment; in training mode, the brightness is reduced to create a comfortable training atmosphere.
Comprehensive Training Hall: Customized lighting scenarios are designed for different sports such as gymnastics and martial arts — the gymnastics area uses soft, shadow-free lighting to highlight the lines of athletes' movements, while the martial arts area increases brightness to showcase details. One-click switching allows quick adaptation to various training needs, improving training efficiency.
Swimming Pool: Addressing the strict lighting requirements of aquatic events, the system enables individual control of each light and supports one-click activation of "competition/training/underwater performance" modes. During competitions, the lighting automatically adjusts to the optimal brightness for broadcasting, and together with underwater light strips that outline the pool's contour, it presents clear viewing images for the audience.
Music Light Show: Adding Stunning Effects to Major Events
During major events, the DMX system is deeply integrated with the audio system to achieve sound-light linkage. When hosting sports culture festivals or event opening ceremonies, a music and light show can be launched with one click: as the music plays, the lights flash and jump with the rhythm, and adjust brightness with the melody. In the Swimming Pool, lights coordinate with music to create a magnificent visual feast; in the Weightlifting Hall and Comprehensive Training Hall, lights switch across different zones to build a lively atmosphere, bringing audiences an immersive audio-visual impact.
The application of this DMX Lighting Control System marks that the intelligent management of the base's venues has reached a new level. In the future, the system will continue to be optimized to help the base improve its training support capabilities, host more high-level events, promote the development of sports in Guangxi, and continue the glory of Jiangnan Training Base.
