Located in Jincheng City, Shanxi Province, Danhe New Town Sports Center is designed around the motif of "Xiangfeng Spreading Its Wings" (an auspicious phoenix). Its post-modern industrial-style steel roof forms smooth wing contours at night, while the pairing of green lawns and red running tracks echoes the vivid patterns on a phoenix. As Jincheng’s largest comprehensive sports facility, it has 20,609 seats to accommodate regional and national individual sports events, and is a milestone for enhancing urban functions and enriching public sports and cultural life.
As the core functional zone, the Sports Complex houses three professional venues – a basketball gym, a gymnastics gym, and a swimming pool – forming a "one main, one auxiliary" spatial layout with the main stadium. It will host major events such as the 2025 "Lin Dan Cup" Badminton Open (Danhe New Town, Jincheng) and, through the "sports + culture & tourism" model, serves as a new window to showcase Jincheng’s "youthful, open, and vibrant" urban identity.
In traditional venue lighting control, DMX signals and high-voltage electrical systems operate independently. Our company’s intelligent DMX control system breaks this barrier by integrating both into a single management platform via a custom transmission protocol, enabling synchronized signal transmission and power regulation. "Previously, adjusting the basketball gym’s lighting required separate control of power and brightness; now one system handles it all," noted the on-site technical lead. After connecting the gym’s high-power floodlights to the system, staff can switch lighting scenes with one tap on the equipment room touchscreen – no need to enter electrical shafts, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Lighting programs for all venues are pre-stored in local controllers, allowing staff to achieve "one-click control" via a mobile app or on-site touchscreens. The system includes built-in modes for professional competitions, amateur games, and broadcast events, meeting venue operational needs while simplifying daily management.
